At NB Globe LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide clear and fair refund policies for all our travel services. Please read the following carefully before making a booking.
1. General Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked, such as tours, accommodations, or transportation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days, once approved.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
Standard Bookings: If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the scheduled start, you may receive a full or partial refund, depending on the service.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on the provider’s policies.
Non-Refundable Services: Some deals, promotions, or special packages may be non-refundable. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by NB Globe or Service Providers
NB Globe reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low bookings, weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
In the event of cancellation by NB Globe or our partners, travelers will be offered a full refund or an alternative trip of equivalent value.
4. Refund Process
Submit your refund request via email including your booking reference, travel dates, and reason for cancellation.
Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm eligibility and process the refund within 10–15 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow extra time for bank processing.
5. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance can cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unexpected events not covered by NB Globe.
